Born in Trenton, New Jersey, Peter Nahmias is an American attorney-at-law, admitted to the New York and New Jersey  Bars, as well as a Spanish abogado, admitted to the Madrid Bar (Colegio de Abogados). He holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Fordham University School of Law and an LLM ( Master de Asesoria Juridica de Empresa) from the Instituto de Empresa, Madrid. Mr Nahmias has published extensively, participated in numerous seminars regarding international commercial and investment law and is a professor at the EAE Business School ( “Escuela de Administracion de Empresas”) where he teaches International Economics Law. He is fluent in English and Spanish and is now in private practice in Madrid, Spain.

Peter Nahmias has over 25 years of experience as an international lawyer. His professional trajectory includes employment in major law firms in the US (Thiefry et Associes from 1989 to 1991 and Lowenstein Sandler from 1991 to 1996).In 1997, after completing his LLM at the Instituto de Empresa, Madrid, he embarked on an in-house career, first with Decathlon Espana ( 1998-2000): Pernod Ricard Espana ( 2000- 2004) and then British American Tobacco ( 2004- 2014)  where he worked in Madrid, London and Dubai occupying positions of Legal Director Iberia, Global Regulatory Counsel, Legal Director Middle East and finally Head of Global Regulatory Counseling.

Peter Nahmias’ practice includes all those areas where he has worked in the past, in particular international trade and regulation.

Jesús Rubiño Gómez

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Granada. Member of the Illustrious Bar Association of Málaga.

Jesús works in the legal area of lcázar as an Associate to the International Practice Department, collaborating with corporate law, M&A, shareholder/partner conflicts, as well as drafting civil and commercial contracts for both national and international clients. He has participated in various corporate acquisition processes (negotiation and drafting of contracts) and usually forms part of the different due diligence teams. He has also taken part in various business succession processes, within the framework of family businesses, using his skills and knowledge to protect the family business tradition (Family Business Protocol).

Likewise, he is fluent in English, in which he has passed the ICAMALAGA Advanced Legal English Course, and Italian, for which he holds the UE-C1 certificate granted by Università La Sapienza di Roma.
